"Real World" Problem #1
In class, we have been discussing how to solve for the unknown parts of a triangle using the Pythagorean theorem and the properties of sines, cosines, and tangents. For your first "real world" assignment, I would like you to think of a problem that you may encounter where you could use the Pythagorean theorem and the trigonometric functions in order to solve it. (For example, let's say you are building a treehouse and you need to determine how long each side of the roof needs to be so both sides are identical in length and symmetrical). Please include a written description of the problem, the math you used to solve the problem, as well as a sketch or drawing to help visualize the problem. Please see the scoring rubric for more detailed information on what should be included in your blog post. Good luck!

Here is some of the basic information about Trigonometry which I want to share with everyone, Its that branch of mathematics which is used to deal with the relationships between the sides and angles of triangles and the calculations based on them, specifically the trigonometric functions.
